Review & Approve Proposals

Get Paid at Each Milestone
Funds from the customer are deposited into escrow before the milestone begins. Once you complete the work for that milestone the homeowner approves it and funds are released directly into your bank account. If there are disagreements in the work the funds remain in escrow until resolved. There could be several milestones in a project therefore you are not out massive amount of money if there is a dispute.
Complete Project
When the final milestone is approved, escrow releases payment automatically. Both sides receive a verified record and can leave reviews.
