Client Reviews & Approves
Homeowners can view your detailed quote and approve it to kick off the project. Once approved, RenovationRoute automatically sets up the project dashboard with milestones and payment schedule you defined.
Funds Deposited to Escrow
Homeowner funds the milestone through the dashboard, it takes one click. Funds move to secure escrow, and you're ready to begin work knowing payment is protected.
Complete Work, Request Payment
Complete the milestone work, upload progress photos, and request payment in one click. Once the homeowner approves the completed work, funds are released to your account (1-3 days via ACH or card). All communication and photos are timestamped and organized, you're protected if there are any disputes.
Project Complete!
