Denver Field Sales & Contractor Onboarding (Outside Sales)
Denver, CO (Denver Metro) • On-site / field-based
What you’ll do
- •Prospect locally: cold call, text, email, walk-ins, jobsite visits, supplier relationships, and referrals.
- •Sign up contractors and run demos (in-person and phone) focused on faster quoting + clean payment workflows.
- •Onboard contractors so they publish profiles, send proposals, set milestones, and invite their team.
- •Drive adoption: follow up weekly until contractors are actively running projects on RenovationRoute.
- •Own a pipeline in a CRM, hit activity targets, and report learnings back to product and leadership.
What success looks like
- •30 days: you have a repeatable local prospecting rhythm and can run clean demos end-to-end.
- •60 days: contractors you signed are posting bids/proposals and scheduling milestone payments.
- •90 days: steady weekly contractor signups + measurable project activity (not just “accounts created”).
What we’re looking for
- •High grit and comfort with high-volume outreach and rejection.
- •Strong phone skills and the discipline to follow up until deals close and users activate.
- •Local market hustle: you will be in the field meeting contractors where they work.
- •Organized: you keep tight notes, next steps, and metrics inside a CRM.
- •Professional: ethical, reliable, and able to represent RenovationRoute with contractors and homeowners.
Nice to have
- •Experience selling to contractors/trades (remodeling, roofing, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, concrete, painting).
- •Startup sales experience and comfort operating with minimal process.
- •Bilingual Spanish/English.

What kind of outreach is expected?
