We are not a full CRM (like ServiceTitan) either. We focus on what matters most: clear scopes, professional quotes, project tracking, secure payments, and federal bid analysis.
Posting a project is free for homeowners. Sending quotes and managing projects is free for contractors, with a 1% fee plus Stripe’s processing fee when a milestone payment is paid out, and a one-time $20 per project to unlock a homeowner’s contact details. Browsing federal bids is free, with 2 bid analyses free each month. More analyses and alerts are $20 a month. See pricing.
The contractor sets a payment schedule. The homeowner funds each milestone when it comes due. With a held payment, the contractor’s payout is held in Stripe, not by RenovationRoute, until the homeowner approves the work, or until our team reviews the project record if a payout request goes unanswered for 14 days. Quick Pay skips the approval hold.
