From a real quote: a 200 sq ft 1980s kitchen with the dining wall coming out.
Will the kitchen layout stay mostly the same, or are you relocating any major plumbing or electrical points?
Mostly the same
Will you be handling appliance supply, or will the homeowners buy them and have them on site before install?
Homeowners are buying the appliances and will have them on site before install.
Will you finish the ceiling and walls where the wall comes out (framing patch, drywall, texture, paint), or is another trade handling that?

Risks to price in
- Assumes the wall is non-load-bearing. Structural surprises add engineering and framing cost.
- 1980s construction can hide wiring, plumbing, or framing that is not up to code.
- Unknown subfloor conditions could need extra prep before the LVP goes down.
Also: materials list, assumed measurements, crew and schedule, and code references (IRC, NEC, UPC).
